Following the strategic success of Purple Brick Estates and the architectural milestone of Avenue Gardens – a premier retail landmark – Beyond Acres represents the evolution of our founder’s vision. Before establishing Beyond Acres, I co-founded Purple Brick Estates. Our journey began with specialized plotted communities for housing societies and evolved into Avenue Gardens, our flagship A-grade retail project currently nearing completion. This experience solidified my conviction that thoughtful design and responsible development possess the power to transform both landscapes and lives.
With over two decades of professional expertise in finance, tax, and infrastructure restructuring, I recognized an opportunity to bring deep institutional knowledge into a more personal, purpose-driven mission.
